Don't try to figure it out alone! Here are some tips on how I meal prep by using a balance of carbohydrates, fats, and proteins.  Variety is key because boring food is just that - boring!

I am a snack addict, so I am always hunting for healthy snacks or variations.  Packaged snacks can be cool, but you must read the label.  Snacks should be kept between 150-250 calories and a good balance of macronutrients.
